Perfect For Everybody and every body! Each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on. We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party.
HIP HOP TABATA

This class focuses on arms, core, legs, some cardio, repeat NO dancing in this class, we "HIT" that beat with our movements.
Core Fitness is designed to build core muscle groups while improving posture through performing a variety of exercises that strengthen the abdomen and back muscles and increase flexibility.
SILVER CLASS
Vero Silver classes are Low impact/moderate classes geared towards 55+, however, all are welcome! There is something for everyone in our Silver Classes
This class is a high-intensive interval training (HIIT) workout, featuring exercises for 20 seconds with a 10 second rest, with a hip hop sound track for the class.
VERO KIDS
Vero Kids is a fitness class dedicated to the whole child. Gross and fine motor skills are emphasized while also focusing on social-emotional skills and a positive self-image.
An all encompassing workout designed to produce total body results. In this class you will condition your cardiovascular system and nearly every muscle group in your body by using free weights and body weight movements.
POUND Is a full-body cardio workout that uses lightly weighted “drumsticks” called Ripstix that infuses Pilates, isometric movements, and plyometrics with constant simulated drumming.
Pound is a great way to shed some pounds all over. Not only does it burn fat while exercising, but cardio interval training helps you burn fat even after your workout. It's intense, but worth it. The Pound class uses weighted drumsticks to help you sweat your way to a rock-hard body.
