30 Day Challenge
rules:
Scan QR Code to send your payment to enter the challenge,
then enter your email and click "Subscribe" to receive your Facebook Group invite.
Must workout for a minimum of 30 minutes (timer must also have the date).​
Must take a sweaty selfie in the environment you worked out in (no car selfies or standing in front of the gym).​

Things that do not count as exercise: bowling, yard work, gardening, beer league softball, playing with kids, cleaning the house, helping a friend move....
​
Things that DO count as exercise: app workouts, walking outside, walking your dogs, yoga, pilates, weight lifting, swimming, anything that can basically be done at a gym.
