Personal Training
Our staff takes pride in assisting our members with their goals. You can choose from different packages: one-on-one or groups of 2 to 4 at a time. We have both male and female trainers available.
Red Light Therapy
Red light therapy is a non-invasive treatment that uses low-wavelength red light to promote skin health, muscle recovery, and overall wellness. This therapy penetrates deep into the skin and muscles to stimulate cellular repair, reduce inflammation, and enhance circulation. Common benefits include improved muscle recovery, reduced joint pain, enhanced collagen production for healthier skin and hair, and increased energy levels. Whether you're an athlete looking to speed up recovery or simply seeking a natural way to boost your well-being, red light therapy is a safe and effective option.
Compression Sleeve Therapy
Using compressed air to massage your legs, mobilize fluid, and speed recovery, these boots provide a deep pressure, relaxing massage to your legs. Initially feeling like a blood pressure cuff around your foot, the boots inflate and relax in segments to mimic the natural muscle pump of the body to mobilize waste products and enhance lymphatic drainage.
Scraping Therapy
A direct manipulation of muscle tissue to improve blood flow and alleviate adhesions or knots, muscle scraping has been used for thousands of years, but only now is science revealing its potential benefits.
Muscle scraping may be able to promote better range of motion through the enhancement of blood circulation, alleviation of scar tissue, and improving tendon and tissue extensibility. It is also a safe and natural way to remodel soft tissue following an injury.
Percussion Therapy
Percussion therapy is becoming increasingly popular with athletes as an alternative to typical myofascial release techniques, such as foam rollers, to quickly relieve aching muscles. The science behind percussion therapy is that the device helps the muscle to relax, allowing effective release of stubborn muscle knots, relief of sore muscles, and penetration into the deeper layers of muscle tissue.
Nutrition & Meal Plans
Deep health is about thriving in all the dimensions of your life. Meet with a nutritionist to discuss macros, calories, portions, optimal levels of protein intake, and meal prepping. Consistency is key!
Assisted Mobility Stretch Therapy
During an Assisted Stretch session, a trainer will apply pressure and guide your stretching. This allows for deeper, targeted stretching to improve your range of motion and reduce tension within the muscle as well as fascia surrounding the muscle fibers.
Cupping Therapy
Cupping has been known to help athletes heal and decrease recovery time after training. Cupping stimulates the chemical breakdown of toxins that delay muscles and tissue from healing. As the cup is applied, the suction it creates pulls the muscle and tissue beneath it away from the bone. This allows fresh blood and lymphatic fluids to circulate into the gap and removes the inflammation trigger.
Kinesiotaping
Kinesiotape can be applied for different purposes, such as easing up the motion of a muscle or tendon, inhibiting the motion of a muscle or tendon, decompressing joints, or simply applying compression to an affected area. Kinesiotape was visualized under ultrasound to see what actually happens to the skin, fascia layer, and ligament/tendon layer. The result was remarkable: all three layers are affected during application of the tape and during motion.
Infrared Sauna
The infrared sauna is designed to detoxify and heal the body, boost mood and much more. It uses light and heat to heal the body from within. Our saunas are FREE to our members. Just reserve your spot on the Vero app or at the front desk.
