Vero Fitness MURPH Challenge

It’s Murph Challenge time again! Originally in honor of Lt. Michael Murphy who was KIA in 2005. The workout is 1 mile run 100 pull-ups 200 push-ups 300 squats 1 mile run *weighted vest optional *modifications optional-see Mel for help. There will be a $5 donation at the door(can give more and will be greatly appreciated). All proceeds will go to the JEFF WHITE MEMORIAL SKATE PARK FUND to be built in Pacific MO A little about Jeff White:

Jeff was an incredibly talented local skateboarder who was killed-in-action while serving in Afghanistan in 2012. This project aims to reflect the spirit and passion that Jeff brought to the sport of skateboarding, by honoring his service and sacrifice in a manner that enhances the community he fought for. Open to members and non-members. Non-members will need to sign a waiver. For safety reasons this event is open to 13 and up but 13-17 have to be accompanied by an adult.
